英文即兴说故事（看图说话）为幼儿组和小学各组别在河南省决评中的一个评比环节。
每位选手在现场抽题处随机抽取一组图片（少儿C组：四张图片为一组），即兴呈现一个英文故事。抽取图片后，每位选手将有180秒的准备时间，根据所抽到的图片即兴准备一个故事。180秒的准备时间后，选手须在舞台上讲述一个时长长为60秒的英文故事。

例文 简单版：

The children are making a poster. Jack and Sam have some crayons and draw a picture. Lily and Jack have some shapes. Sam has a star. They show their poster to their teacher. The teacher says: “good.”

例文 丰富版：

One day, Jackie invites his friends to do some painting, They have colorful crayons. First, they draw some lines on the paper. Then they draw many shapes like circles, rectangles, triangles and squares. Look, Sally makes a green triangle, it looks so nice.Jackie makes a pink square. Jackie likes stars, so he makes a star finally. Look at their paintings. There are clouds, happy faces. Jackie likes painting. So he wants to be an artist in the future. Then Jackie’s mom comes. She says:“OK, children, let’s have a rest. Let’s eat some fruits and drink something.”
